Studio Closings

• No Monday holidays will be observed except for Memorial Day.
• A winter and spring break will be given in accordance with Fairfax County, VA Public Schools.
• In case of inclement weather, the studio will be closed in accordance with Fairfax County, VA Public Schools. Listen to WTOP or WMAL or call the studio to make sure. You might also check the Fairfax County Public Schools Emergency Web Site. No adjustments will be made in tuition nor will the studio be responsible for making up snow days.

Tuition and Missed Classes

• Monthly tuition is payable in advance and based on a monthly rate.
• All tuition is due and payable on the first of each month. A late fee of $10 will be assessed after the 15th of each month and an additional $10 will be charged for each additional 15 days thereafter.
• No refunds will be made for classes missed. Students may make up a class within the month on a different day and time. Check with both the teacher and the office before attending.

Visitors Day

• In the best interest of each and every student; parents, friends and relatives will not be allowed in the teaching rooms except on designated visitors days.

Attire

• All students are expected to dress in tights, leotards and shoes appropriate for their class or classes. See the Student Attire page.

Studio Hours

• The studio will be open during the times scheduled for classes.
